The BSF12/A-SY furnace is designed for ashing applications, its design makes it ideal for treating heavier loads, and the processing of material that could contaminate floor mounted heating elements through spillage.

  • BSF12/A-SY models use heating elements embedded in slabs, mounted on two sides, of the chamber.
  • Low thermal mass insulation permits rapid heating and cooling
  • Outer case manufactured from standard steel sheet finished with a tough yet attractive blue epoxy powder paint.
  • An ashing feature which provides combustion conditions within the chamber, and improved process fume removal from the chamber.
  • Vertically lifting door keeps the hot surface away from the user.
  • Positive break door safety switch isolates chamber from power supply when door is open.
  • ELITE PID controller offering 8 programs with 8 segments each.
  • Replaceable ceramic hearth tile.
  • A large metal chimney is fitted as standard.
  • Powered exhaust & Chimney / Chimney with fan.
  • 4 side heating elements is available for when heavier loads, or metal retorts are fitted.
  • Temperature Indicator, Overtemperature protection system.
